Supporting Families Through Pregnancy, Postpartum & Early Childhood

Community-rooted support that stabilizes, strengthens, and uplifts families in King County.

Gentle Rise of Hope offers integrated support for families during pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. Our programs reduce stress, strengthen caregiver capacity, and promote healthy development from prenatal stages through age five.

How We Support Families

Our programs meet families at different stages of need — whether you are seeking in-home stabilization, emotional support, or practical essentials for early childhood.

STABILIZATION
Hope at Home

Hope at Home provides gentle, in-home support for families during pregnancy and postpartum transitions.

Families receive wellness check-ins, newborn care guidance, emotional support, and resource navigation designed to reduce stress and strengthen stability during the earliest stages of parenting.

This program helps caregivers feel steady, supported, and confident as they adjust to life with a new baby.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
Nurture & Nourish

Nurture & Nourish offers structured emotional support for mothers and caregivers navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or adjustment challenges.

Through compassionate check-ins, coping education, and trusted referrals to licensed professionals when needed, we help families stabilize emotionally and protect caregiver well-being.

This is a safe space to pause, process, and receive support rooted in dignity and trauma-informed care.

PRENATAL TO AGE 5 SUPPORT
Early Start Essentials

The Baby Essentials Bank provides practical support for families raising children from pregnancy through age five.

In addition to diapers, clothing, and hygiene items, families receive developmentally supportive resources and connections to community services that strengthen early childhood stability.

By reducing financial stress and increasing caregiver capacity, we help protect healthy attachment and early development during the most critical years of life.
