Gentle Rise of Hope is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. We believe every family deserves compassionate care, community connection, and resources that uplift them during life's most vulnerable moments.
From doula support and postpartum essentials to newborn care, mental-health support, and early-childhood programs, we walk alongside families with dignity, love, and evidence-based guidance.
Our mission is simple: empower families, nurture parents, and help every child begin life with hope.
Meet the Founder
Caprice S. is a birth doula, mother, caregiver, and community advocate dedicated to uplifting families through every stage of pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. With hands-on experience in doula support, crisis-line coordination, newborn and childcare work, and home care, she brings a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to every family she serves.
Her journey into perinatal work grew from her own experience as a mother, navigating both the challenges and joys of raising children while wanting better support systems for families. Through Gentle Rise of Hope, she is committed to building a community where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered from their first trimester through early childhood.
Caprice believes that every family deserves dignity, nurturing care, and access to resources that strengthen their home environment. Her vision is to create programs where families can thrive, heal, and grow with confidence.
